Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@fabceramic.com with your order number and reason.

If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–6 business days, depending on your bank.

Return Policy

We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fabceramic.com with clear photos of the issue.

In most cases, we will inspect the submitted photos within 24 hours to determine if a refund or replacement is applicable. In rare cases, we may request the item be returned for further inspection.

If approved:

A replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be issued, based on your preference.
If the replacement is not in stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund instead.

We cover return shipping if a return is required. Replacements will be dispatched on the same or next business day after approval.

The replaced product will be delivered within 3-7 business days from shipping.

Exchanges are not offered.
